1.Are there conditions for returns and exchanges?

Yes. We’ll need your items to be unwashed and unworn, with the hangtag still attached. And don’t forget your proof of purchase. 

We’ll need to request for your return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order. For more information please see our Returns & Refunds policy.

2.Do you ship to APO addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses. However, we DO ship to PO boxes. We’ll be working on military addresses in the near future.

3.Do you offer Bulk Pricing?

We offer bulk pricing on orders of 100 pieces or more. If you would like to request a Bulk Quote you can email us for a better deal and our Sales Team will provide you with a quote.

4.What should I do if I forgot my username?

Your username is your email address. If you do not remember which email address you used when you set up your account, please send us a message via our official email support@globalelectronicstore.com and we can look up this information for you. 

5.Will my order arrive in one go?

 It depends on your order. Because we send your products as soon as they’re ready, you might receive items separately. If you don’t see all your products in the first package to arrive, expect another package to come with your remaining product(s). You can email us to get all information of your tracking numbers. 

6.Are the shipping times guaranteed?

When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

7.Can I arrange for my own courier or shipping provider to deliver my order?

We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accept special shipping requests.

8.Sell Out? What If The Item I’m Interested In Is No Longer Available In My Size?

New items can be sold out rather quickly, but we may get more soon!

9.Any Catalogs That I Can Buy From?

With over so many new items every week, and hundreds of items on the site at any one time, plus constantly changing fashion news, trend features and advice, it would simply be impossible for a paper catalog to keep up.

Instead we prefer to focus our energy on providing our customers with a website where you can buy what you want when you want, 24 hours, 7 days a week and we believe that the images and catwalk give you a much more realistic view of the items you want.

10.Is your store closed?

Our stores are now OPEN! Come in, we can’t wait to see you! Our stores will be cleaned, our teams will be wearing masks, and we will be practicing social distancing. We will also provide disposable masks and hand sanitizer for you.
